Santa Elena Fun Farm
Last week went to the Santa Elena Fun Farm with some friends. I was a little concerned about driving myself because the farm is located about 40 kilometers away. I was worried it would take hours to get there and the roads would be crazy. We were happy the drive was easy, because most of it was on an empty toll highway.
The farm was very beautiful and charming. We were the only people there for most of the time. The staff were all so nice and attentive. They let the kids feed the animals, ride the horses or be pulled by the carabao as long as they wanted. Addy loved riding the horse and Torah didn't want to get out of the tire swing.
Caterpillars on strange looking tree roots.
Addy wondering what she's looking at...

Wow! This place looks amazing! I want to take Aspen when we come visit you! She would be in heaven, she LOVES animals! Your pictures are so cute! It looks like you guys are hanging out in the middle of the jungle, it's so pretty and green everywhere! I'm so glad you guys have been able to see and do so much since you've been there!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun outing! Those are some strange roots; at first I thought they were a bunch of worms. Driving sounds really crazy - good job braving it. It looms like it was worth it :)
ReplyDeleteDestiny thought the tree roots were worms to! I had to point out the caterpillars, lol. That's a cute picture of Torah "cornered" by 2 bunnies! She doesn't look scared at all. Love seeing all the pics you take. Miss you guys.
